Each order is priced to the metals market at the moment you buy. As with the wider bullion industry, returns are limited and may be subject to a market-loss adjustment if metal prices have moved. Please order carefully.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will make it right.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
